Water Jet

Water jet cutting is a form of machining that has proven its worth to the machining industry. Duyck Machine recognized this and purchased its first Water jet nearly two decades ago when the technology was still in its infancy.

Water jet cutting is performed with the use of a jet of high pressure water (50K PSI). The cutting action is enhanced by the addition of an abrasive into the jet stream. With this combination, machining of a wide variety of materials is possible, including metals, plastics, and composites.
